If you’ve created a custom playlist and want to share it with the community, follow a few simple steps.

❓ What is this service?

It’s a web tool that automatically generates personalized M3U playlists using your credentials (DNS, username/password, or M3U URL), eliminating the need for manual edits.

❓ What’s the difference between Playlist and EPG?

A Playlist (M3U) contains the list of IPTV channels or streams — basically the "what to watch".
An EPG (Electronic Program Guide) provides schedule information — the "when and what is on" for each channel.

They are separate but complementary: the playlist gives access to the streams, while the EPG shows the programming guide.

❓ How does it work?

In simple terms:
Someone in the community carefully curates a custom list (M3U). They clean up unwanted channels, rename them properly, organize them into clear categories, improve logos, and add or fix the EPG. Sometimes they even add dummy EPGs for PPV channels.

So instead of an unmanageable 30k-channel list, you get a polished manageable playlist — all organized, with working logos, clear names, the best available quality, and a proper EPG.

Step by step:

Browse and select the desired service. Remember, you need to already have credentials for the service given by a provider.
Choose either Automatic process (recommended) or Manual process (if you have knowledge about this) in the modal.
Choose either M3U or Xtream in the modal.
Enter your credentials and activate the Google Drive checkbox.
Click Generate M3U or Generate Xtream.
EPGenius will give you a google drive URL (this is your playlist) and it will also show the EPG info (If the process is taking too much time, consider disabling adblockers or use a different browser or device)

❓ What if the Google Drive feature doesn’t work?

Your browser may be blocking the Google login pop-up or Drive access. Try another browser, ensure pop-ups are allowed, and consider using a secondary Google account without 2FA, since it has been reported to break the login process in the repository.

❓ Is it safe to enter my credentials?

The tool is hosted on Hetzner and no issues have been reported. The tool doesn't store any credentials.

❓ Can I share my customized playlist?

Yes! You can share a new playlist or update an existing one by providing a password. Moderators will review new lists before publishing.

❓ Why does the EPG show “No information”?

EPG sync can take up to 30 minutes, depending on your channel count. If it still shows nothing after that, try using a VPN — your ISP may be blocking the EPG server.

❓ What if the service is slow or unresponsive?

The tool runs on a low-tier server and may be slow during busy hours. Please try again later if needed.

Next Steps

1. Use a USB (or buy an OTG Cable for firestick users) and move the edited M3U file from the USB to the device you want to use (Nvidia Shield for example).
2. Insert the USB with the edited M3U file in the streaming device.
3. Open TiviMate and go to "Settings".
4. Select "Playlists".
5. Select "Add Playlist'.
6. Select "M3U playlist".
7. Click "Select Local Playlist".
8. Click the USB Drive and select the modified .M3U file.

You have chosen the manual process. This option shall be used only for tech people. Please follow these steps:

1. Download the original playlist.

2. Open it with Windows Notepad (or any other text editor).
3. Use the "Search and Replace" function to find http://DNS/USERNAME/PASSWORD and replace it with your credentials (e.g., http://xxxxx.xxxx-xxx/12345678/12345678).
4. Repeat the process for Movies and TV Shows by searching for http://DNS/movie/USERNAME/PASSWORD and replacing it with your credentials (e.g., http://xxxx.xxx-xxx/movie/12345678/12345678).
5. Upload the modified M3U file to your IPTV player, or use it in your IPTV editor as a starting point.
